Just a small gatherthing, meet and greet, later on I plan to amp up the party, Dean needs to get laid, he's too grouchy. so if you can swing that way, might want to leave before hand.

I got somethin' to discuss. I know I ain't the only one who's noticed we got a lot of people here doin' their own thing, they say they do it for the good of the group, but there ain't no communication. Seems to me that ain't right, and maybe we need to find some kind of order or some shit.

I ain't the one to do it. I'll tell you that right now. I ain't lookin' to be no damn leader or hero or nothing. I got security patrols and shifts covered. Beyond that, I ain't lookin' to take on no more responsibility. Just seems to me, it's time we figure this shit out and work together, instead of going off and doin' our own thing all the damn time.

I ain't go no experience doing this shit neither, but I'm sure as shit tired of the miscommunications, and the way some people been throwing shit around to get people riled up. We got to get this shit under control, or them walkers is going to get the best of us, sooner or later. We want to make a real run at surviving this shit, we got to work together.

Way I see it, we got to communicate. Ain't no room for doing your own thing no more. There's too many of us, and too many people trying to do it their way. And with death threats and fear toxins and shit like that we got to have some kind of order or we may as well open the damn doors and invite them walkers in for dinner. I think no one wants that shit.

So we got to vote, and we got to establish some control. It ain't gonna work if we got people going out and doin' their own damn thing anyway, so I'm asking you all to really think about it. Think about what we're trying to accomplish here, and really think what you have to offer the group as a whole.

If you think you want to take on some responsibility, here's your chance. Reply here, and fill out the form. I'll organise it all and come the weekend, we'll put it to vote. Everyone's got a voice, but it don't do you no good if you don't use it.

Attention, new people (and anyone else who would like to join the runs/volunteer for duties/add to the shopping list)

Go here to sign up for going on supply runs, or to add things to the shopping list we're maintaining.

Go here to sign up for security patrols. These operate 24/7 and work in shifts, so the area surrounding the hotel should always be zombie-free. Daryl's your man for the Patrol shifts.

It should be noted that anyone who signs up for Supply runs or Patrol shifts does this of their own free will. They are dangerous jobs, your safety is far from guaranteed and people can and will die. We have unfortunately already lost a couple of people.

You are not confined to the hotel if you're not on a supply run or a security patrol, by the way. People can and do go out on their own runs. All I would ask is that you take note of any and all zombies you see, along with any information you think is relevant, and let us know when you return. And please, tell people if you're going out and how long you expect to be gone for.
