Heads-up, boys and girls. I have a specialised supply run coming up. I want to hit the two nearest hospitals/medical centres, so that means 2 teams doing 2 runs, or 1 team doing both runs, whichever works best.

This place has the bigger site of the two, and it's less than a mile away. If you look at the map, it's fairly open once we hit that 401/403 highway and on to the medical centre. While that gives us a lot more visibility, we'll be extremely visible as well. Also, there's a car hire place right by the road we'd be taking. If there's a van or what-have-you in there, that could be very useful indeed.

This site is also less than a mile away. It's got a lot more cover en route, but that also means almost a total lack of visibility for spotting the shambling flesh-eaters. I doubt they'd be capable of thinking up an ambush, though. Or we could go along the highway, which will add distance and time, but will allow for much better visibility.

I should add, I don't know this area. I don't know if either of these hospitals specialise in anything. Do any of the doctors know? And if so, are there any specialised medications or pieces of equipment we should look for beyond what was on the list Dr. Cuddy provided?

Do we want to have 2 teams or 1 big one?

I would like to leave tomorrow morning, if that suits everyone. I realise I'm supposed to be on a patrol shift, as is XIII, but I think this takes priority. Does anyone on the Sunday/Tuesday/Thursday shift want to switch shifts?

Everyone else, please don't feel left out. There are more than enough supply runs for all of us. Speaking of, Finnick! Do you want to check out the aquarium?

Okay people I'm getting a little restless....I need to shoot something or hit something. Anyone up for a little expedition?

Arthur and I are going to be in charge of the supply runs.

What that means for everyone is that we'll be looking for volunteers to go on the runs, we'll be checking who needs what, we'll be scheduling the runs (for both day-to-day things AND specialised items) and working out where to target next, and we'll be doing our utmost to maintain some sort of stock control. I know a number of us have been going out already, and that's fine but this way, the people who go out will have back-up, a plan to fall back on and a goal in mind, not to mention the fact that the people who remain in the hotel will know a rough timetable of what we're doing. If we're late checking in or making it back, they'll know something's up. If you go out on your own, we may not know about it until the next supply run when we have to deal with your shambling corpse trying to gnaw on our kneecaps. Most unpleasant for all involved.

To that end, I have a couple of very easy forms I would like for people to fill in. The first one, everyone can fill in. I want your shopping lists, that's all. If you're looking for a packet of fags, a lighter and a bottle of Jack, fill it in. If you're looking for the contents of a chemist (sorry, pharmacy for you yanks), fill in the list. If you're looking for anything, fill in the list.

The second one is for people who are volunteering to go on the supply runs. I want to know who you are, what you can do, and how much experience you have. And let me make this clear, I couldn't give a rattling fuck how you gained your skills/experience, unless you decide to turn on us. If you're a great shot because you've been bullseye-ing womp rats in your T-16 back home, fantastic. If it's because you're bank robbers who take pot shots at the rozzers, more power to you. I don't care as long as you double-tap those manky bastards out there and you act in the best interests of the group.
