Who: Demelza Robins and Adrian Pucey
When: Early evening
Where: Her apartment
What: Dangerous activities
Warnings: PG-13 for violence and disturbing sequences?

She poured herself another glass of wine. She didn't like to be out late anymore, because admit it or not, she was a bit afraid of her magic being gone, and things that go bump in the night, and all of that.

And speaking of things that go bump.

A creak made her hand slip, red wine spilling on her tabletop, and Demelza froze immediately. Her hand went to her wand, but with a twinge, she realized she no longer needed it.

Her kitchen knives, however, might come in handy. Not that she knew any fighting skills at all, but she had to try to defend herself somehow. Another creak. She crept silently, barefoot, knife in hand, to her foyer.

Unfortunately, her apartment was large, and there was nowhere to hide.

"Now that's hardly any way to treat a guest." He slowly lowered himself into one of her armchairs, and then gestured to one opposite himself. "Have a seat. Or are you going to offer me a drink? I could use a drink you know. My, my. Where are your manners?"

He eyed the girl and her potentially dangerous weapon. "And would you mind putting the knife down? You look quite silly brandishing it like that. Like a filthy Muggle." He spit out the bit about Muggle, but recovered and gestured again. "Please don't try my patience with silly questions."

"Offer you a drink?" Demelza had always been known for being a bit of a fireball. And despite staring into the face of danger, with nothing protecting her life, she could barely help it. "Where are your manners, sir, since you did burst in here and demand a drink? Exactly the way I'd expect one of your kind to act."

"I would mind putting the knife down. Yes." And with one last smirk, she fled, her bare feet padding on the floor as she ran... somewhere. Where she wasn't sure.

"No drink then?" He pouted behind his mask and made a mental note to raid her kitchen once she had been dealt with.

Adrian sighed as the girl took off in the opposite direction. Why did they always run? He hadn't threatened them with violence and he was certain he was being awfully cordial.

He raised his wand and flicked out, attempting a full body bind on Demelza. Without pause he flicked his wand again, but this time at the door leading out of the apartment, attempting to transfigure it into part of the wall. Then he rose to his feet to inspect the damage.
