Smiley day to you. Anxiety is a very normal soul-touched experience, one that no one should feel ashamed about. The first step is to acknowledge how you feel! Speak it out loud, write it down, even the act of giving it a name can sometimes help bring about clarity and focus.
Some folks find that scheduling time to journal about their anxieties is beneficial, even though scheduling your anxiety feels counterintuitive! But what you're really doing is again, giving space and time to acknowledge the feelings, instead of burying them. Set aside time to write down what makes you anxious, and give yourself permission to look at it later in the day, which hopefully allows you a freeing feeling to devote energy to the here and now. And then at the end of the day, look back at what you've written, identify what is still relevant, and cross off what has passed.
It also may help to speak to someone on a professional level. There's no shame in that, and no one should ever make you feel ashamed for seeking help. It takes strength and courage to admit it. I'm a helper myself and would be more than happy to meet with anyone, or to make recommendations.
Be kind to yourself, you're the only you out there. Even if you have a twin.
Or a mimic.
Bells Hells
I think we should go to Aeor. If y'all want to, anyway but I--I kinda feel called to it. Like I'm hearing something and it's--pulling.
Imogen, could you read my mind? Maybe? I just feel like...like we should go there. Or I should go there. I keep hearing something. And I feel like I'm remembering something. Maybe. Like I can see it but I can't. So if we could go there and maybe Imogen could read my mind while I'm there, it'll trigger something. Or I can just go that might work out better?
