I've been around for a few weeks now and seen all kinds of shit, but this is the first time I'm seeing this guy around. He tried to use my drone as a piñata, but couldn't keep up with it in flight.

Does he belong to anyone? He won't get off my balcony and I don't know if I'm suppose to feed it fuck I'm hungr- or what.

I do not think so. It is always less of a worry about the waking world hurting my creations than the other way around, but he is harmless.

Can you take him into a version of the Dreaming here?

I know my hellhounds are fine in regular Vallo but they prefer being in Hell because its their home. It makes more sense to them than the rest of it.

Yes. His caretakers are not here, however, so I will ask him what he prefers. I owe him the choice.

Yes, if he so wishes, but I do not want him to get into trouble on rooftops regularly.
