Prue and I recently graduated from cooking class - or we made it through without setting anything on fire, and actually managed to make some things that were pretty tasty? Anyway, we're putting our skills to use and making Buddha bowls tonight (one of our assignments), so if you're willing to be fed, we've got you.

I mean, between Jello attacks. This also makes me really not want to eat Jello again, as if the adventure in the dollhouse with the puzzles and the gelatinous cubes wasn't enough deterrent. Is everyone okay?

It's usually rice and vegetables and then something with a lot of plant protein, like tofu or chickpeas. Pretty good when you add everything together and the presentation is always very colorful.

Out of all goals to have, that's definitely a choice. Have you experienced any weird encounters? I kind of want to take an angry Jello thing and study it in a lab.

It sounds very healthy; I can't say I've ever had much in the way of tofu or chickpeas. Am I Does your invitation exte Have you been taking cooking classes for long?

There have been some at Sutton Cottage but I've been lucky enough to avoid any direct encounters. I think one might be stuck in the hedgemaze; you're welcome to it if you can get it out.

Come around and try it out - now that I know I can cook, I'm eager to make things for people. And we've been at it a few months - it started because we didn't want to be parents who had no idea how to cook.

Oh, wow - that'd be great, if you wouldn't mind? I'll see what I can do. Plus that hedge maze is pretty fascinating anyway.

I will have an extra protein-filled Buddha bowl for you. And maybe something chocolatey. Is Lena coming with you or do you want me to tag along?

Kind of want to learn knitting or crocheting. Or maybe graphic design? Learn to play an instrument? I already know every language, otherwise I'd go for that.

Exactly, that was an adventure in literacy I could do without. How dare they try to mess with my love of books.

All this positive support, how could we not infuse our food with love. Except those couple of times we undersalted or oversalted, but. Learning curve.

That doesn't surprise me at all, honey.

Crispy skin salmon and brown rice cooked with toasted almonds, vegetable stock, and shallots. That was good, wasn't it? A+.
