Does everyone hear animals speaking words today, or is it just me? A bird just yelled "back the fuck up, motherfucker!" at me when I got too close to its nest, an alley cat rubbed against my ankle and said "I own you" right to my face, and I'm not getting into the disaster that was fishing this morning.

I'm only hearing butterflies and so far they're all vain assholes. Which I guess shouldn't be too surprising.

Figures they would be. If I'm hearing them, they're getting drowned out by squirrels screaming about their nuts.

Squirrels would definitely be the more obnoxious animal. Hopefully this insanity doesn't last long.

Seagulls, I have now learned, are like especially vapid squirrels. If this insanity lasts long, I'm going to give up the Old Salt Fisherman life for Hermit In A Desolate Cave.

I think 10 days is the longest anything has lasted so far. Most things are only 1-5 and just start one different days for people? Fingers crossed its the latter.

The cave would probably have some sort of arthropod that you'd still hear.
