Ah finally. No more mention of that baby in the manger. A month or two of peace before people wail about his resurrection. I get chased with pointy sticks for coming back from the dead but he gets a party! And colorful baskets full of goodies! (I really don't understand this one but okay.) Anyway I guess I need to get a job if I am going to keep following your dumb rules. Maybe I could do the bouncing. At the club. The guy, you know, outside. I would probably be very bored though. Do you think I can make the humans entertain me to get inside?

The eggs are said to symbolize new life, much like resurrection. I don't really know where the basket with gifts thing came from, my mom didn't do that part. She decorated chocolate eggs and we went to mass and there was always a lot of food, that was about it.

Maybe a job. There was an incident with a shopkeeper. Nobody warned me some of these creatures are immune to hypnosis and cranky about the attempt!

That baby was born in the summer and the church literally stole the winter solstice because people were paying more attention to that holiday instead of theirs. One of many reasons why the pagans were always more fun to hang out with.
