Galdin Quay has reservations open for a four-course dining experience, Thursday-Saturday of next week. Reservation spots will likely fill up by the end of the day today, and the menu I have planned is exceptional.

We're also looking to hire a sous-chef for evenings. Culinary experience is required but restaurant kitchen experience is not, training on that end will be provided.

You should both be aware that I've made a new friend who has been demanding a great deal of my attention and custom meals.

He's a picky eater, but polite. A little nosy.
