Sam was bouncy as he waited for Gani. He had asked her out to the large museum near ESU because he thought it might be fun to wander some of the more interesting artifacts and exhibits. And really, anything done with her was fun.

He smoothed down his clothing nervously for the tenth time. He was trying, these days, to look his best. He wanted her to know he valued her time, always, and he loved making her smile.

So he waited, and grinned, and his eyes shone as he pondered showing her all the exhibits... or most anyway.

It could be that she's putting too much pressure on herself to decide. She is, after all, truly sixteen years old and she's always believed that she would get married and have children...and that would be it.

This world is much more complicated, and the choices are vast.
