I feel a little bit better, but I'm still not going back to school until I feel a lot better. I can't risk infecting my kids, and I know that's irrational, but I don't care. And I can't fly for a while, so I'm just going to lay in bed and watch bad made for TV movies (which is pretty redundant, but okay). |

Aaaaaaand one of my students had to go the ER because his tummy hurt really bad. That's scary, and I'm worried for him.

Now that it's safe to stick my head out and not, you know, dangerous and scary, I've got Things To Do!
1) CONGRATS, KATYA AND ATTON! YAY FOR YOU TWO!
2) Link, I'm going to come over soon and visit the heck out of you! After I get back from vacation, it's going to be you and me and hanging out!
3) Alec, I booked the tickets, got the hotel, cleared the off time with your boss and my boss, got a ferret-sitter (researched and okayed reputation-wise), and packed our bags. We're gonna leave in two days for St. Bart's!

NOW I FINALLY UNDERSTAND WHAT MY STUDENTS ARE TALKING ABOUT, AND WHY THEY ALL KNOW THE WORDS TO A SONG CALLED "RAINING BLOOD". (Which was starting to scare me. They're all so small!)
Guitar Hero is fun. I kind of stink at it, though.
Are there a lot of video games? I don't really know, I've just been watching the TV channel with all the animals. (I want a pet now, though I probably shouldn't.) |
