Brief History: Max has had a somewhat troubled life. Born in a lab and raised as a child soldier, this genetically modified superwoman has spent her life on the run. Having escaped from Project Manticore when she was approximately 12 years old, along with a handful of her soldier siblings, so far she has managed to stay under the radar. Of course, that became a lot easier after The Pulse - the terrorist attack that wiped out all computers, stock markets and records and set the entire world back to zero.
Max now lives in Seattle, squatting in an unfinished apartment block and working for Jam Pony - a package delivery service. It's all a front though. For Max, her number one priority is tracking down her lost siblings, and looking for any information she can find on Project Manticore. She is aided by Logan Cale, aka "Eyes Only", a journalist who has dedicated his life to bringing down the corrupt and exposing illegal activity to the greater public.
When not on the run from Manticore, or helping Logan fight for justice in exchange for information, she is kicking it with her lickety boo Original Cindy, and the rest of the crew at Jam Pony.
Personality: On the outside, Max is generous, sweet, funny and a little cheeky. However, if you try to get closer, you will be met with a wall of sass and deflection. She doesn't like to let anyone close. She has reason to be guarded, and she has learned over time that the best way to protect people she cares about is to keep them in the dark. Her moral compass points true, and even though she might initially object, she inevitably does the right thing.
Max is tired of running. She likes her life in Seattle, and loves her friends. She doesn't want to have to give them up, and so secretly she does all she can to protect them. She is emotionally sensitive and this can be her vulnerability - more than anything else she wants to belong.
Strengths: Enhanced strength, speed, agility, reflexes, durability, stamina and coordination. Accelerated healing. Enhanced eyesight, hearing, and night vision. Enhanced immune system. Eidetic memory. Very high I.Q. Parallel processing. Expert martial artist and sharpshooter. Specialist in Close quarters combat, infiltration and tracking. Computer proficiency. Peak athletic condition.
Weaknesses: Serotonin deficiency that causes seizures. Must take tryptophan (trace elements are found in milk) in order to control the seizures.
