What: Unsure of how she'll do it, Iounn feels the only way to fix her mistake is to make sure she does what was meant to happen in the first place. She leaves the hospital when she isn't supposed to.

Who: Holt and Zinny (Bragi and Iounn)
When: Tuesday, March 20, 2012 | late at night
Where: the ICU ward
What: talking

Holt had spent time away from the ICU since bringing Zinny to the hospital on Saturday, but he didn't like it. It looked bad for him to lurk. People were gossiping, despite Ash promising to help dispel some rumors. Now people just thought Zinny was a babysitter AND his lover. Somehow that made things worse.

He'd forced himself to leave and only checked in on Zinny when she was alone and he was actually on shift with an excuse to be at the hospital. She was always sleeping, but it comforted him to be in her presence.

Tonight, he headed up to her room on his break. He had a few hours because it was a very long shift, and it was late enough that he hoped her father wouldn't be around. Holt took his 'lunch' with him as well as a book he'd picked up at the library earlier in the day that was all about Norse myth. If Zinny was sleeping, he could just sit there and read and eat.

Who: Holt and Ash (Airmid and Bragi).
When: Saturday late night.
Where: NY Presbyterian, up near ICU.
What:Finding the upset doctor and asking about Zinny.


( Ash had been working on the children's ward all day, and it had been busy enough she didn't really stop to take on the gossip flying around in the afternoon, but she did take in the news that Zinnia had been rushed to ICU by a doctor )

Where: the Central Park Zoo
What: a "date".. gone terribly wrong

( It wasn’t a date. Holt kept telling himself that on his way to the zoo. He was just meeting a new friend, who happened to be beautiful and star in his dreams lately, and his daughter wasn’t tagging along as an excuse. )
