Pardon me. While the welcoming pamphlets were quite informative I would like a bit more information on what precisely has happened to me. Most of all the why. That does not seem to be included in any of the papers or the speeches given by so many.

Please sign me up as willing to learn. I would hate to let my studies slide.

We can certainly arrange this. Defense is my core subject but I can also try to give you lessons in other subjects as well. Plus, we've got many other Wizards we can turn to that could help to round out your education. I think we might have a Wizard capable of teaching you all the core subjects.

Splendid! I'll make note of you for that subject and make a list of all the ones I'll be needing.

Would you like some names for who'd be best for the other subjects? And while we're discussing it, have you pondered what electives you were hoping to take in your third year? I know it's a year ahead but depending on what you were thinking, we might be able to arrange those, too.

I would, thank you. And well...all of them if I'm at all able.

We'll see what we can do for that in this environment.

This won't be a comprehensive list, of course, as I'm not acquainted with everyone, but I'll do my best.

With regard to potions, I'd recommend Lily Potter. As for Transfiguration? James Potter or Sirius Black. I'd say for Charms you'd do well with Bill Weasley. I know Charlie Weasley's adept in Care of Magical Creatures. We've got several aurors, too, and any of them would likely be formidable Professor's for a wide array of these subjects. Nymphadora Tonks and Emmeline Vance, in particular.

Albus, I believe, has mentioned muggle studies in the past but I'm not 100% sure on his specialties. I know he teaches mathematics at the same school as I do. So it seems we are only really lacking a strong candidate for Astronomy and Herbology. Any of us could go over History of Magic with relative ease.

I am making note of all of these. Thank you so much, Professor Lupin.

I'm Professor Potter, and I'd be happy to teach you Transfiguration, Hermione.

You're James Potter? Harry's dad? Or future dad, I suppose. But yes, I would love to keep working on transfiguration, Professor Potter.

It is odd to say that.

Dad, future dad, all of the above. Dad suits me better than Professor, but I could get used to that.

You could also call me Professor Prongs, if you'd like.

I think I'll go with that one. Though why Prongs?

I'll tell you at our first lesson, don't worry.

I'd imagine you're in quarantine right now, yeah? Are you alright
