How are there STILL so many rules?

Tell someone where you're going. Don't take cars without asking. It's not like I stole it. I was bringing it back! I didn't crash it or scratch it or ANYTHING! It's not like they were USING IT. I'm so tired of getting in trouble for rules I DIDN'T KNOW EXISTED!

Now I have to go to school to learn how to drive. Why do you have to go to school for that when someone can just SHOW YOU?! I'm getting sick of rules.

Yeah. I found them at the Cottage and brought them back to the Fairy Queen, but then she threatened to kill me. For no reason.

Yeah. Queens and princesses are pretty lame like that. Something about ruling kingdoms, I guess. I have no interest in ruling anything.

Yeah. Eliot is a king of Fillory. I feel like they all make questionable decisions and then I make them and it’s bad.

Yeah, I think that's what parents do, too. Whenever my dad's around, he just starts sucking souls but gets mad that I turned his axe into a bass. To be fair, I guess I did mostly do it just to piss him off but he did leave it with me. So... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

He doesn’t use magic on me. He has someone else to do magic with.

It’s just dumb. I didn’t hurt anyone or threaten to kill anything. I wish they’d just make a list of rules I’m supposed to know already.

I will. Then maybe we can avoid all these annoying rules. At thenvery least avoid getting in trouble because of them.
