How are there STILL so many rules?

Tell someone where you're going. Don't take cars without asking. It's not like I stole it. I was bringing it back! I didn't crash it or scratch it or ANYTHING! It's not like they were USING IT. I'm so tired of getting in trouble for rules I DIDN'T KNOW EXISTED!

Now I have to go to school to learn how to drive. Why do you have to go to school for that when someone can just SHOW YOU?! I'm getting sick of rules.

	Anyone who has a full license can teach you how to drive before the exam, but most people aren't very good at teaching compared to someone who does it for a living. Thirty five thousand people a year die in traffic accidents in America so it's worth hiring a professional. (Reply to this) (Thread)

The age is usually whatever time range a state decides 'kids' are responsible enough to handle a car.

Getting a license makes more sense. It's passing tests to prove that you know what you're doing and understand how driving a car works. Like knowing what side of the road to drive on and what traffic lights and signs mean. To make sure you can handle yourself enough to not put yourself or others in danger sort of stuff. Like having people spar before you actually send them off into battle.

	I was raised by just my dad before I left my universe, and we were traveling for most of my life. There wasn't a lot of rules except for things like never sleeping at the same time, and how often to clean your weapons. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	I think in general it's considered good form to ask before you use something that doesn't belong to you. The more expensive it is, the more important it is to ask? I could show you how to drive though. That's not that hard. I've got a motorcycle, it's a bit different from a car, but the rules of the road are the same regardless of what you're driving on it. ~~How do you not~~ No. It's not really your fault if you don't know. I feel like probably a lot of society's teach that pretty early on, so many they just assumed that yours did too. You know now though, so next time you'll know.

A motorcycle is the most awesome and amazing ever. It has two wheels, it can move. I bet you'll like it. You could come riding with me if you want, cause you can ride on the back while I drive.
