How are there STILL so many rules?

Tell someone where you're going. Don't take cars without asking. It's not like I stole it. I was bringing it back! I didn't crash it or scratch it or ANYTHING! It's not like they were USING IT. I'm so tired of getting in trouble for rules I DIDN'T KNOW EXISTED!

Now I have to go to school to learn how to drive. Why do you have to go to school for that when someone can just SHOW YOU?! I'm getting sick of rules.

Go-karts are very different from cars, especially cars on public roads.

They still do basically the same thing. I didn't even drive it as fast as Ronan lets me drive the go-karts.

A car weighs at least ten times as much as a go-kart, child. That affects how long it takes to stop and how much damage it causes in a crash. Cars are much more dangerous than go-karts and even if you drive perfectly well other people on the road may not. Driving schools can teach you defensive driving so you know how to react when you realise someone is going to crash into you. There are a lot of regulations in America and some of them seem entirely pointless, but those around driving are very much not.
