Military base is secure. We've determined there's no contagion. These people, unfortunately, were killed by something. Still unknown. We're digging through digital files, but I'm not that hopeful. 1999's idea of digital video is grainy at best, unwatchable at worst. Especially given that these are security cameras. Could use some help if someone wants to figure out the labeling system they've given these files. There's only one computer so three people in eight hour shifts. Trust me, those 8 hours are going to feel like 48. Bring music to listen to.

The power's back on. What we weren't expecting was that the entire building has a No Powers restriction on it. Electricity's on, no power. Power's off, abilities on. The building itself only vaguely resembles the layout from before. There's less medical facilities — all of it is emergency-related, and a curiously fresh batch of vaccines. Containers look a hell of a lot like the ones we got on the ship. Anyone want to come and test it to make sure it is what it says it is? Medical area has a bunch of pictures from the space pox we gave them in the 1950s as a warning.

There's a dated computer by the one room we can't get into. My guess would say that's the portal room, but why it's on lockdown, I couldn't say. Either the thing that killed them is locked down in there or they didn't want to risk the portal being accessed by the wrong people. No surveillance cameras are working at the moment. All but one of them have been destroyed by claw marks or bite marks. I'm not hopeful this thing didn't get out. Several exits have been compromised.

First things first, thanks Tony for setting up the food fundraiser. Unfortunately, money leads into my second point: we're going to need a lot of money to get this up and running again. We have no idea when any new arrivals might show up, what condition they'll be in, or how to figure out where and how their housing turns up. It's a logistical nightmare.

We're going to need people stationed at the base 24/7, best in shifts of a designated amount of hours for various duties. But one needs to be watching that portal and to be prepared to deal with whatever might come out of it.

Is there a kill switch for the power anywhere?

We meed to update the computer equipment and catalogue what we can off both the evidence on the bodies as well as the destruction that was done to the base. Then perhaps we can cross-reference with what it might have been from the various world's here that could have come through and attacked the military.

The making of IDs and various other paperwork is going to need to be ongoing as well.

I'm uncertain how we wish to handle vaccines if others do arrive that have no intention of taking it. The consequences of not doing so could be quite dire for all of us.

I'm sure there is more.

Agreed. We need people on portal duty in good shape in case someone massive comes through and we need to restrain them for whatever reason.

There is, but it shuts off everything. We're going to have to get the backup up and running again.

That's going to take a lot of people, a lot of money, and a lot of time. Volunteers can only do so much if we're expected to work for our housing, utilities, etc now. That's going to make this more difficult.

I think we can scale back forgery of those IDs once we get this latest cruise ship arrivals completed. Someone needs to do a post asking for those who need identification to show up at a certain place.

There's sterilization showers too, which could be good for anyone who comes through such as Vision or any other synthetic person who doesn't need a vaccine. Who knows what they could be carrying on their person.

I'm going to vote against letting anyone out without taking that vaccine. I don't want to take the chance that the US military will want to get involved again. Hopefully, they didn't notice the power grid coming back online.

We've a number of people here who can create wards, make places unplottable and the like. Perhaps they can help us out with not only keeping this off the military's radar again but with containment.

Money can be donated but we're going to want to set up a way to keep the revenue coming in. I'd advise against making any posts on where people can pick up their identification until we've finished working on it. Otherwise you're creating more of a wait time. And I'd say we would want a forger around 24/7 as well. We never know when someone might show up and no one should be kept waiting because we decided its a 9-5 job.

I believe they gave the vaccines to all robots who showed up on the ship, so it may still work for them. And sterilization may be needed for everyone.

That would be incredibly helpful. Making this thing off the grid completely. Could look into getting Tony Stark to help with making this place self-sustaining, but I really don't want the powers off inside the building off. There is no telling what will come through there. I'd rather be on even ground.

Agreed. We could probably use a few of them, forgers. And someone who can get them legitimately into the system. I'd like to not hack into government databases as much as we can so if someone is working in a facility and can cover their tracks, that would be advisable.

All of the above. I want to get that vaccine tested so we can be sure.

	I am certain that either of the Tonys here could come up with something in that regard. What of the weapons that the military had at their disposal? We've a number of people who can do both, but its all rather moot if they're not paid in the long run. We have all had the vaccine though so precisely how are you wanting to test it?
