Noah - late Thursday night

Once Vic had finished his homework for the night he'd headed for the lounge, made some popcorn, and settled in on the sofa to watch...nature documentaries, of all things. Sue him, he liked them. He'd protected the remote from all comers as others had wandered in and out over the course of the evening. The fact he'd grabbed it with his tongue from one particularly determined freshie who wanted to watch some repulsive Disney Channel schlock had proved a pretty effective deterrent for a good while, fortunately, and eventually he'd ended up curled in a corner of the couch with an empty bowl of popcorn watching something about...relocating elephants? He wasn't actually sure by then, because it was getting late and his eyelids were starting to droop and there were only a few other, equally quiet, people on the room by that point.

"Holy crap," Teddy said, sitting up sharply. He was sprawled across the floor in the library, surrounded by a sea of comic books. His issues had finally arrived from New York, where they'd been collecting for... God, months. He was months and months behind.

"Holy crap!"

He turned the page quickly, then turned back, scanning the word bubbles and panels. It was impossible. No, they wouldn't do that. "Oh damn it. Lian."

"Here," Clint said, shoving a block of knives at the first person who came into the kitchen. "Do me a favor and throw these at me, okay?"

His blue eyes were wide and just a little crazy.

Mark hummed happily as he piled stacks of pillows outside his fort. He'd taken over most of the common room, sheets and blankets and pillows placed artistically, forming a surprisingly intricate series of tunnels and cozy rooms. He was just adding the finishing touches, tugging fabric this way and that to make the kinds of shapes he wanted.

Pleased with himself, he sang a few bars, too focused on his task to notice the delicate fairy wings unfurling from his back, brushing against the cloth dome of the fort entrance. Pale golden light spilled around him, casting his shimmering skin in a warm glow.
