[Voice Post]
[The Doctor can be heard shouting rather loudly. In the background, something mechanical can be heard whirring loudly.]
ALL RIGHT! LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, BOYS AND GIRLS, BIPEDAL AND QUADRUPEDAL ALIKE! LISTEN TO ME! I NEED YOU TO STOP WHATEVER POINTLESS, TRIVIAL, HUMAN THING YOU ARE DOING RIGHT NOW BECAUSE THIS IS IMPORTANT!
[He stops shouting, his voice growing calmer but still remaining relatively upbeat]
Right, now that I have your attention! I would like to talk about something very important. For those of you who are new here, and those of you who have more than likely forgotten, we are en route to some ... well, place. Some place very dangerous. Actually, it's a prison planet. But not to worry! You should all be safe here.
[He claps his hands together loudly]
Now! Let's see. What do I need to tell you? Well, I don't expect any of you to actually leave the TARDIS when we land. That would be rather stupid, now wouldn't it? [he laughs.] What with it being a prison world and all. But if you do! And I cannot stress this enough! Do. not. Get. Caught.
Now we are going to this prison planet for a good reason. And this really has to be done, we need to do this. There are people here who need our help. Not only that but this trip could lead to you lot eventually getting home! And what could be better than that? Right?!
[He pauses, his voice grows more sombre]
I'm sorry it had to come to this. I really am. I didn't want to put any of you lot at risk. Just, stay on the TARDIS. Please. You'll be safe here. I'll go out there on my own if I have to but I have to do this. I can't ignore this any longer... it's gone on for long enough. All of it. Slayer cannot be allowed to continue like this. And these people... well they deserve better than a SLA prison cell. Just stay here and you will be okay, I promise you. This TARDIS... and mine. They'll protect you. And so will I...
The broadcast cuts out]
Right folks. I thought I should let you know that the prison planet plot is officially kicking off as of Monday. What does that mean?
The TARDIS has landed on a planet made into a giant prison. Your characters can wake up in one of two places. Either on the TARDIS safe and sound. Or in a prison cell on the planet. You can choose to wake up with someone on the ship or create NPC's to be locked up with. And like every other plot I run it is entirely optional so you don't have to take part if you don't want to.
People on the TARDIS can work towards freeing people, and people in the cells can work towards escaping.
A few must know things about the planet.
1: No magic can be used in the prison. There are glyph pillars up that stop the use of any magic and they cannot be damaged easily. So, no magic in the prison, or magical abilities.
2: The Guards are heavily armoured and heavily armed. Their faces cannot be seen through the visors of their helmets either. They wear sleek looking padded sci fi armour with black helmets. Their visors almost look like oily black shifting perspex.
3: The people in the prisons are horrible mixes of people from various fandoms. So any surreal mixes you can think of can be there. Be as creative as you like. You can have a human mixed with Dalek parts, or you can have a Supernatural Angel with lizard features. You can have a clank mixed with a dog or, well just about anything.
4: The prison cells aren't too large and have no windows. They are completely sealed, each room containing glyph pillars in the corners. They can house up to 4 prisoners. There are 4 small beds available in each room, and a hole in the ground for the obvious.
5: This plot is going to reveal a rather big point about how everyone wound up on the TARDIS in another universe. So if you want to be involved in big plot reveal stuff, please let me know and I will set something up hand crafted just for you and your characters of choice.
Please let me know if I have missed anything of if you guys have any questions.
Thanks,
