...exactly how healthy are smoothies as meals? I discovered a place next to work and smoothies are way faster to eat. Gives me more time to play with my projects.

At least they taste better than the rations on Bracca.

He told me not to replace every meal with a smoothie, which I had already been told- and wasn't planning on doing- so we got on the subject of his disclaimers. Back when I was Commander of the 13th Battalion none of the medics gave those weird disclaimers so I told Sam to gauge his audience cause people might think he thinks they are idiots. Which wasn't exactly my finest moment, but MJ just told me not to replace all my meals and I was getting irritated... and then some lady told Sam to stop being a dick and he said I was questioning his ethics and motives.

I apologized and pointed out I never questioned his ethics and stuff and admit my advice was unsolicited.

...I don't think I've ever typed that much in my life.
