Now this is truly a fascinating spectacle to behold. I am used to far less civilized arena fights and this Coliseum has peeked my interest. I suppose it would hurt little to participate.

Have you heard of the Mikaelsons? That’s who’s shown up. They’re Hope’s family on her dad’s side. Her dad’s Niklaus. For whatever it’s worth. It’s nice Hope’s bio fam showed up since two of them are dead, and I know she misses them. But I’m not close to them. ~~I might have~~ So it’s kind of weird to know that the dead can live again here. As long as they don’t upset my friend, I guess it’s fine. Though her dad looks to be trying to give her a step-mom and that’s just creepy. Not because he’s older than dirt! It’s because he’s a dad, and no one wants to see their friend’s dad online flirting with someone who could be his daughter. Or great great great however many more greats granddaughter.

Yeah, I’d like that. When did you want to go?

Bits and pieces, most vampires have at least heard of them and I recall a tale or two in my travels. Also, there was a book at the school I read... Ah, that is a bit of information. Well, I have no idea what to say in response except I suppose they and I will continue to have nothing to do with each other most likely. I am fond of Hope, but it does not extend to her family quite yet.

How is tomorrow afternoon work?

There are a lot of those "interesting reads" at school. I know a lot of them, but I think most of them remember me being a bit younger. So we can be in the same camp. More or less. They're not all bad. I think it's that generation gap people talk about. Even if some of them are younger than when I'm from. Some people just have to earn fondness from others. But I'm glad for her that they're here.

I'm free tomorrow afternoon. Do you want to meet in the lobby or wherever we're going to get the coffee?
