If I am to be here for any length of time at all, I am in dire need of proper clothing. Is there someone familiar with women's fashions of this period who could perhaps join me for a few hours tomorrow in shopping for something decent?

We’ll help you find the perfect wardrobe for this world! A wardrobe for every season and an outfit for every occasion! Spoiler alert: the little black dress is universal.l and can go a long way with a low budget. Accessories are key.

Oh, you sweet summer child. I’m going to introduce you to your new best friend and greatest wardrobe weapon.

Seventy years must make for interesting changes, it seems.

You have so much to learn young pad grasshopper. We can always start with the wardrobe the Entity provided you. See if it matches whatever it was you were wearing way back in the old days. We might find some cute vintage in there to keep, and we might be able to repurpose other things. A few cleverly placed stitches can make all the difference. That way you won't have to be too terribly out of style while you modernize your wardrobe, and you'll save a few bucks. We can also teach you how to shop smart, not hard. And make up and hair, which we'll work on after we get you some good clothes.

Grasshopper? I suppose the two of you should come over, then, at some point. When are you free?

Late mornings, early afternoons work for me. But I think Josie's doing the whole school thing, which makes no sense since it's almost over and not even the same stuff we learned at home, so I guess whenever she's out of school.

Whenever you're free, I'm happy to meet you in the villa's lobby before venturing out.

It's what it sounds like – a simple black dress that is really perfect for any occasion.

That sounds almost hard to believe, but I'm open to having my mind changed in this case.
