I think it's one of those Hero Traits. Like saving the world and running blindly in to danger to help and Always Gets The Love Interest.

That's Hope exactly! They're great to have around, don't get me wrong. The world being saved is great. I live in the world. I like it saved. But they don't exist in a vacuum. People will mis And something about teamwork. I'm sure teamwork needs to be included here. All that stuff about being in it together and stronger together and etc.
