Okay so one minute I was just doing my own thing at the school and now I'm here?

Startled myself a bit with the wicked vertigo on landing (? is that what we're calling it, landing? Teleporting? It better not be time travel, I've had enough of that thx) so the ice in the lobby will melt in, like, three hours. Just, uh, watch your step.

We had a habit of not doing things by halves. I did almost blow up his girlfriend I guess.

Doesn't help that Xavier always made him the welcome wagon. All the sob story history the new kids had and he was all about fixing shit.

Man. I'm a sucker for a sob story. But I've got one of my own now. No sympathy dates so far though, I'm clearly doing it wrong.

Oh. I've never tried out my powers against a pyrokinetic before. That's the right one for fire, right? I've worked with someone who can shift energy and like... she can make fire, but we've always worked together.

Yeah it is. The Prof always thought we were a good challenge or whatever. Pyro versus cryo and all that. You should maybe get a grip for working out the better ways to combat an adverse power.
