Cheerful. Yeah, I feel like the best option is to retreat and become a hermit and communicate on message boards. Then you don't see anyone die. Or surround yourself with other immortal people.

Most immortal people I know are assholes though. Except the Hunters - and they're not here :(

Ah, that makes more sense. It was just an obscure, terrifying film.

The black cauldron was a similar one. The horned king gave me nightmares when I was a kid.

What scarred me more on those ones was watching them with a bunch of old guys who were high on coke. Gross

To be fair, they were mostly trying to eat me. The killing would've been just incidental.

I guess that's why Mombi scares me more? Monsters wanting to eat/kill you are killable. But you punch someone who thinks they can do whatever they want with your body parts, and suddenly you're "aggressive" and a "delinquent" and need to be sent to reform school.

She represents authority and the abuse of that control. Yeah, she was terrifying. Just all her heads screaming is something I still have nightmares about. I had to fight an interdimensional parasite that had elements of Mombi too, come to think of it.

It sucked. She could control all the parents in the area, she was more powerful where our parents were so we have to avoid them.

Had to fight her in her own realm in the end. It was a mess.

I've had limited interaction with monsters, to be honest.
