His nose appears broken. His shoulder is out of it's socket and there are contusions around his face and collarbone.

He wishes for me to tell you he is fine, but he is most certainly not. I cannot tell if the slurring his because his nasal passage is obstructed or because I kicked his head.

	It's probably the swelling and yeah the nose sounds broken. I'll take a look at his shoulder. And you couldn't help it, it's not your fault.
