I know it's not peak flu season, but school starting means more people having more frequent contact with people outside the building, so it might be worth coming to the clinic to get vaccinations done or updated anyway. An unfamiliar population is always a good way to get exposed to illnesses your immune system doesn't know how to fight. It doesn't seem like it's been a problem so far but it can't hurt to be safe. You know, apart from the needles.

And anyone who's new and has reason to think we might not know something important about your biology feel from to come and tell us about it so we know what to do in case of emergency. 100% voluntary and confidential.

Fair warning, I'm just going to ignore anyone

Look, Sam. I'll give it to you straight. You said that half the people from Tony's world clearly want you to pretend to be alright, so quite frankly - ignore them for now. Touch base every once in a while, see how it goes, and use your own sound judgement on whether to continue with that.

One's concept of normal is entirely subjective- my world has a hole in its sky, the Mages rebelled (partly due to my own involvement) and are now are embroiled in a civil war with Templars, and since I still seem to be turning into a ghoul and I can't go down the Deep Roads to die with my sword in hand - and I have heard my entire Order's gone insane. There's dwarves, mages, elves, dragons and more- and it clearly seemed to confuse this- Cisco.

It probably couldn't hurt to be transparent. Write down your world's story - concisely (but clearly, leaving little room for anyone else's interpretation) for everyone to read and understand. It'll help them to understand, and place you. Who knows, perhaps you'll start a trend.

But for what little it's probably worth, I am sorry for your losses. If it helps, you could tell me about your loved ones. I am willing to listen.

I barely even know a lot of them in my world, and the ones I do are... different. Usually worse. Except for Clint. Clint's actually weirdly similar.

That sounds... daunting. Maybe. It's. Honestly it's hard to think about all at once sometimes. I'm used to just dealing with it and not having time to dwell on the stuff that's in the past because every time you stop something gets worse. Now all I have is time.

I feel like we definitely need the drinks for that. But yeah. I can tell you all about my nieces.

Clint reminds me a lot of Sten. Potentially highly violent, but also a sweetheart in disguise. He always chastised me for not braiding my hair before battle.

And keeping busy isn't helping. But maybe I'll have a brainteaser for you once you're sober again.

Let's go.
