I know it's not peak flu season, but school starting means more people having more frequent contact with people outside the building, so it might be worth coming to the clinic to get vaccinations done or updated anyway. An unfamiliar population is always a good way to get exposed to illnesses your immune system doesn't know how to fight. It doesn't seem like it's been a problem so far but it can't hurt to be safe. You know, apart from the needles.

And anyone who's new and has reason to think we might not know something important about your biology feel from to come and tell us about it so we know what to do in case of emergency. 100% voluntary and confidential.

Fair warning, I'm just going to ignore anyone

I don't like shots either, but I can be very quick and promise only the one little one. It wouldn't do to have you getting sick, would it?

Yeah it's safe. Will you get it if I get one too? I can even get it first if you want.

I always wear gloves just for health and safety, but I feel like this warning indicates I might need something thicker than latex?

Latex is fine, just avoid any actual skin to skin contact.

I've taken it and I haven't gotten Consumption. It's extremely safe, though. And it'll save you from getting any annoying sniffles this winter.

The absolute most you'll need is a lozenge and some tea if you spent too much time playing in the cold wind and snow. But we can keep the really bad stuff away, yes.

playing in the snow is for children but i guess maybe not getting the bad illnesses wouldn't be so bad.

Is it? Hm. I still like playing in the snow.

It won't be until next week, so you have some time to think about it. But I think you're right, not getting the bad illnesses is for the best.

I do! And I don't think it's unladylike at all. I think we should enjoy life and have fun where we're able to and if throwing snowballs with your friends or building snowmen is fun, then you ought to do it.
