School starts tomorrow. Not freaking out or anything, though. Honest.

However, I was at my usual thrift shop of choice looking for school clothes and maybe a new bag when I saw the best thing ever. I found her, guys. I found Annabelle. She's even wearing the right dress. I did the only thing I could do, I bought her. She needs to be cleaned up and her clothes need some repairs, but that'll give me something to do tonight instead of absolutely not freaking out about school.

If benevolent, I'd think she'd be open to working out house rules, appropriate times for appropriate actions, how to knock before entering a room, and all the other important things you'd discuss with any other roommate. As long as she wasn't hovering on the bed or above me, I don't think I'd mind a doll that keeps guard while you sleep. So where will this Annabelle be residing in the apartment?

At least they're attempting to apologize for their rudeness. That is a never ending page. The bar at the side keeps getting smaller and smaller. How do you even know where to start? Just anywhere? This seems dangerous. Black hole of the internet dangerous. This will be good for when I can't sleep.

The thought amuses me. I wonder if it would help him. Draw out some of the bad energy perhaps? Help him relax? How does it work on people? And what does the yolk look like if you need to do something about the negativity/evil? ~~What would it say about~~

I'll have to show you the eBay listings sometime. They get pretty funny. But this Annabelle is going to be living with her brother Andy (when he arrives) on the couch in our apartment! Jason's idea. So they won't be staring at anyone while they sleep, hopefully.

Yeah, reddit does that. Endless scrolling. I just click on whatever is interesting. But I usually go to the "open in YouTube" link and then scroll through the recommended videos in the sidebar. But there's SO MANY short horror films that get posted up in there and they're mostly really great. It's my favorite thing. And also the "someone was obviously really high when they made this" videos. Deep dark black hole of the internet.

I have no idea how egg cleansing works, though, I've never actually done it. Or seen it done. I only know that it's a thing that can be done. Is done? I know people who swear it works, but from personal experience..? No clue.

I do like good entertainment. That's a good idea. Hopefully the only staring they'll do is if someone falls asleep in the living room. If they end up in the bedrooms, they may both be haunted. Or someone's pulling a prank. Regardless, I'll be sure to be polite to both of them.

I'll make a note to check out some of the short horror films. And to do that "open in YouTube" thing. ~~Do you think~~ The deepest and darkest, where no one can hear your scream.

Oh. All right. Both can be done and is done sound good to me, especially if both are true. I wasn't sure if you had personal experience, though I still wonder if Diego would be willing to have it done to himself, even just to see if it helps him be less tense.

I wouldn't put it past Jason to do that. So long as they aren't, like you said, hovering above the bed. Though the real Annabelle allegedly crawled up a dude's legs and left scratch-marks with her little cloth hands on his chest! Cause, y'know, demons. And I guess she super hates guys?

No one can hear you scream... except your neighbors when you finally find the Tara and Miss Shaye videos. And no, I'm not going to explain that to you. If you get deep enough in the hole you'll find them and the experience of discovering them must be pure and untainted by explanation.

Really, if you want him to be less tense, we just need to get him a good massage. I would recommend a dude masseuse for the first appointment. Definitely go with hot stones. Super chill.

I had thought about a massage for him in general, but it seemed a bit awkward coming from his brother. I don't know that he'd even want to be touched. We weren't really a hugging bunch. I doubt that's changed for all of them. Maybe I can use the idea for a birthday present if he doesn't tell me what he likes or wants. That, and a Starbucks gift card.
