thank you. i watched an episode and it is not exactly bad. i like the bright colors even if the story is not as komples- komplax- complex as the soap operas.

what am i supposed to do with the figurines?

Time travel can play havoc on knowing your age. Twelve is not a bad age to be. And Yule is not a bad time for a birthday, especially if you like winter.

chase likes to say i am 112. i don't actually know my birthday so that is merely what i am using. and winter is nice enough.

Which do you prefer as your age? If we're both still here, I'll remember, and I'll be sure wish you a happy birthday. Winter with snow can be very pretty and enjoyable.

will 112 get me out of school? 12 is not so bad, but most people seem to want to treat me like a little kid when they realize that is my age. oh, thank you. i have never celebrated before so it will be nice to pretend.

I'm not sure it works like that. I know there are guardians here who might know a bit more about how the schooling will work. I don't know if you've been assigned to them or to the floor for those under eighteen, but, if you have, you may have to go to school. But perhaps there is a modified version for those who don't fit the traditional school mold.

Age is tricky. I think a lot of people have instincts to protect those younger than they are, and it makes sense. You don't want something to happen to the bulb or the seed or the bud before it blooms, so you try to protect it. But people don't always realize how sturdy most younger people are. And just because someone is younger does not mean they aren't capable. I imagine you're quite capable.

You're welcome. You know, I've never properly celebrated my birthday, either. This time will also be my first celebration.
