The Ministry is never quick to admit to things that it cannot explain or help. It often chooses ignorance over panic and though I should not blame them for wanting to protect the gentle minds of those who read their paper--I will anyway, because it was not water that claimed those lives in Norfolk.

It was the work of dark wizards and darker forces. There are terrible things befalling Muggles these days and it's at the will of a man, a man who cannot be named. A man that should not be named. Our sources, here at the Quibbler, say that there are skulls and snakes in the sky, and they are bringing death. Dark, dark magics indeed...
