Yeah, Thawne almost breaks the fourth wall in this issue talking about how Barry has become a lot more heroic since his death. It's odd to me that Barry's characterization in Flashbacks since COIE, have made him appear more old fashioned than Jay. Jay, because he's been part of main DC continuity has had to grow, while Barry has been frozen in time.

The Rogues Gallery was always the reason to read Flash back in the day. Thank God the Turtle never made it in. (He didn't did he? In my mind, Heatwave and Captain Cold would have fought over the opportunity to kill him.)
