If the Punisher killing criminals doesn't bother Spider-Man, then Jason Todd killing criminals shouldn't bother Tim Drake.

1)Who says it doesn't bother Spider-Man.

2)Tim and Pete are two VERY VERY different people, and Jason Todd killing criminals while dressed as Batman would be like taking black people as slaves while dressed as Abraham Lincoln to Tim.
