Google or Wiki Richard Sandrak. Or track down the documentary 'The Worlds Strongest Boy'. It honestly makes me kind of sick to see it actually is possible for a little boy to be that muscled.

Isn't it just? It's scary in the Liefeld way XD

Really makes you look at the really young superhero sidekicks in a different way though: OH MY GOD NO IT'S SO WRONG FOR A CHILD TO BE THAT RIPPED!

I'm so glad I don't read Batman canon. And that most of my fave characters lack kid sidekicks that could be subjected to horrible drawing abuse.
