I'm torn. tim has the rights, the grace and the support to where the cowl, but reading Tim like this makes me think he should have been the Bat.

	Actually even Dick - nice guy that he is would have a screwed up reason. Since they have never met and the last two times (by editorial fiat) she screwed up) and to an outsider she's their to date Robin "Great another Flamebird." (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
