Remember the old "Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe" ?

Came across a few issues . Some of the Character profile art was excellent ...some was NOT.


I have always loved this outfit for Rogue,she used to be a small petite girl, then at some point in the 90's she was drawn like she was really tall. I need to get a latex version of this to wear at clubs :)

I agree - there's an issue of Avengers where we see her sneaking off to the pantry to eat some ice cream when she's feeling a bit blue after an inter-team squabble. I see her as someone who makes an effort to keep in reasonable shape, but since there isn't really a physical aspect to her powers, there's no particular reason for her to spend hours in the gym or anything. Her role in the team is to stand back and go 'hocus-pocus - death ray, turn at a right angle and blacken the neighbor's azaleas!' - she doesn't hit anybody or anything.

Sure I would - but I don't think her powers really work like that. She doesn't have Dr. Strange-esque 'do anything with a mystic flourish' powers, she has 'make random stuff happen to our advantage' powers. She's not a miracle-worker.
