Last week on his blog, Marv Wolfman wrote, "I wanted to remind everyone that Vigilante #6 is on sale next Wednesday. Vig 6 is the final part of the Deathtrap crossover with the Titans, and I can promise you it will have a very controversial ending. When the guys at DC told me what they had planned, even my gasted was flabbered. The ending is shocking, yes, but it's also a logical one and will be built on in the future."

I fail to see any issue. If Jericho didn't want to be blinded, then he shouldn't have chosen to be the son of a villain and go insane. Clearly, his punishment is simply evidence of karma and nothing else.

Only thing shocking I see here is the suspenders covering Donna's boobs. Dammit, V-neck, WHYYYY? The halter and necklace combo was so nice!

Also, possibly Raven's pose there in the first panel, which I'd expect more of Starfire than Rae; and Ravager's dyeing her hair blonde. But other than that...

Oh poor Joey. I know loads of people are calling for his death, but I enjoy his relationship with Rose too much. Let's just hope he's cured without some unnecessary suicide/murder/etc.

No, Donna. You do, in fact, kill. And you tend not to care very much. Unless you're being written by Heinberg, in which case you become irrationally angry at your sister's completely rational taking of a life.

Other than thought, I almost like Donna's characterization. She's in charge and forceful, and has an actual presence.

And why in heaven's name have they Koryfied Troia's uniform like that? Maybe Kory's works cause she has mysterious self-supporting Tamaran boobs but but sports bras are vital for human boobs for effective ass-kicking.

In conclusion: Poor Joey. You and Jason Todd should get together and form a team for ex-Titans who get fucked over by their writers once they return from the dead.

Ya know what's sick. For almost a year, I'd been thinking: "Someone needs to really push that DC 'No Killing Rule' to Gitmo levels."

And here they did it.

And it sucked.

My version would have targeted Deathstroke, and gone even further than this (because he can regenerate).

It involves turning parts of his body into plot coupons that are locked in cement and scattered across the globe. The hero who does it would tell the other heroes to their face exactly what he/she did and when confronted by their horrified stares say, "What? It's not like I killed him or anything?"

This, on the otherhand, isn't extreme enough and lacks the finality of the confrontation I would pen.

Also, Rose is blond in this book. I'd say it's a coloring error but it happens in all the posted images she appears in.

Yeah, WTF?

Do we know who Vigilante is yet?

I'm pretty sure that's gone from "mystery" to "no one cares anymore", DC. At this rate the series will be cancelled before we find out who he is.
