First post to a soon-to-be moved community... hope I didn't break any rules!

Scruffy Connor comforts Mia in an after school special sort of way (Green Arrow #67). Awww!

That guy's so great. I sure hope they don't wipe his entire identity from him with a lame coma-related plot device!

Oliver dispenses fatherly hugs (Green Arrow #73). Awww!

Ollie wants to check Slade's orifices (Green Arrow #63)... awww?

Slade looks pretty happy about it so I guess it's okay. I knew they'd work it out, those crazy kids!

Speaking of crazy kids, how about some Bizarro in a jar (Batman/Superman #22)?

And as per someone's request, here are some heroes with kids. Specifically Robin version-Timmy with a British schoolboy-looking Christopher Kent (Superman #668).

Uh-oh, Batman thinks you're neat, Chris! Run away before you're thrown into neon green hot pants and forced to work the streets to attain Batman's love and acceptance!

Bonus fanart by glockart who has combined two geek fandoms brilliantly.

Tim really could pull off the Spock look. Original link here.

Natas? Really? Didn't we go over this in the EC post about the devil paintings?

That fanart is six kinds of fabulous. Oh boys. <3

I don't know, I'm new and must have missed it when I was going through the Green Arrow tag!

I wasn't at all fond of that Natas GA comics (in terms of artwork or writing), but that one scene stuck out as sweet to me.

Hmn? Oh, no, it's no slight on you. There was an EC post a bit back where one of the characters was named "Natas," and we spent a bit of snark on how ridiculously stupid and obvious a name that was and why would you ever call your character that, it's only marginally better than "Doctor I M D Devyl." Which was funny enough in a horror comic as old-school as that one. In a modern-day Green Arrow I can't believe anybody would even consider it. Authors are silly.

Aaahh, I see.

Ironically, I didn't catch that until you explained it, haha!

I dunno, "Natas" sounds innocuous enough if you don't give it a second thought. It's not like "Alucard," which is so ridiculous you can't help but look at it closely.
