Adalina stands in front of a bouquet of press microphones, with two suited "associates" (read: bodyguards) behind her wearing ridiculous pilgrim hats, and a large United Human Force banner hanging behind them.

A simple, non-invasive blood test will be administered to determine eligibility, and we'll greet all humans with open arms and full plates. Latent or not, mongrels will be turned away, but, they're more than welcome to partake of the frankly underwhelming and underfunded homeless shelter's Thanksgiving 'meal.'" Yes, there were air quotes involved. "Thank you." When she steps away from the mics, ignoring questions from journalists, Adalina slips a pair of aviator sunglasses on and sets her own pilgrim hat on her head. She shoves one man's face away from her with her hand during her exit.

A press release was also published this morning, but no extra details were shared about the power testing.
