Between Argentina and New Zealand is a large expanse of South Pacific Ocean. Somewhere, in the midst of all that, is the tiny island nation of Ostriea. To the rest of the world, with the exception of a select few people, Ostriea is a giant question mark. Mostly uncharted, almost unknown and endlessly mysterious. Even ships keep a safe distance away. To Ostrieans, however, it's home. For whatever that's worth. However, the feeling of "home" is severely tarnished by a tyrannical ruler called the Supra, and his crew of underlings, the Syndicate. He keeps them slightly behind the technology times; there are no cars or large boats on the island; their only mode of transportation is public transit, horseback or canoe. Anything to keep them trapped on the island. Most people are forced to live in squalor while those who are in good with the Supra live in the lap of luxury. But that's not even the worst of it. For a century now, he's been injecting any newborns born at hospitals with a drug that bestows them with superpowers, under the terms of a deal he made with American scientists. It's turned Ostriea into something of a social and scientific experiment, and the Supra is reaping the benefits. Little does he realize that a revolution is brewing just under the surface. The Seven Cities is an original RPG, based on a limited society with superpowers. It's set in the small, fictional island of Ostriea. Come along and have some fun!
