It's just. [Dot. dot.] When I thought I was going to be a dad, I knew all the factors that make a bad father, so I made a list of the opposite. Now even though I don't think that's going to happen, I'm still holding onto it anyway. [Dot.] I'd tell her to do what she has to do. I've always- I've been there before with her. ~~I've gone months without touching her to keep her anxiety low.~~ She'll agree to this, I'm sure, but she's already made it clear that I'm still not giving her enough.
