I suspect that her concerns are rooted in the recent mass dream-like experience. She admitted to dreaming that she was dead and participating within the production of her own funeral. This is concerning for number of reasons, one of which being that her subconscious mind may very well be aware of the fact that she is in some manner yet discovered or simply was once dead.
