future kids meme

It's pretty much what is says on the tin. Creating future kids for favorite pairings in RP is nothing new, but it's hard to play those characters outside the medium for which they were created. Here's the place to play them, with each other; with their unsuspecting future parents, whatever.

How to Play:

Post with your future kid character | mother/father | and any preferences. Or post with your canon or OC and let the future kids come to you, using the normal format (character name | fandom | preferences )
Tag Others.
Be awesome to each other.
Have fun!

I will give you that, but you're at the age where you need to be in school too, which means that you likely will replace one project with another even if you give up on the one that you are, apparently, going to be grounded for not finishing. And this is not me being bossy at a stranger, you just look young enough that you need school still. School is good, by the way, I fully support staying in school.

Yeah...it's not the not finishing that I'm worried about being grounded for. It's what the not finishing will end in, because it's just pushing over the first domino. No, it's cool ~~I'm kinda used to it, so~~. I love school, don't get me wrong. ...I don't have to go to school until I get home, though, right? Not that I don't want to be in school, because again, I love it, but there's just other things I could be working on and there's really no point in relearning stuff I already know only to go back and pick up where I've left off in my own time, which would then trigger more relearning of things I already know, etc. That would get dull really quickly, I would imagine.

~~God you're like a mini me~~ Well, I don't think you're going to be grounded at the moment, so maybe that's something that you should probably save to worry about when it comes time for that to be your problem? I mean, I'm not sure that we have rules set in place, most of those who are under age....I think, anyway, go to school even though their education that they'll be getting here is going to probably be repeated when, or if, they go back. IT's kind of complicated. And that's working on the presumption that when you go back you get to remember everything, which has neither been proved or disproved yet. Though, I mean, if it is the case you can always test out and move to higher education and subjects back home, so it's not exactly going to hurt your education any.

I could do that, too, except then I'll be the weird kid who skipped a grade and that's no good, I've got enough going against me for being "cool" as it is. I'd really rather just study independently if it's all the same to ~~you~~ everyone else.

It's not a foreign concept. I've seen it happen before. The probability was in my favor that it was only a matter of time, I was just kind of hoping to beat the odds, I guess.

	As someone who was, quite often, the weird one in the room for a fair portion of my life I can say that there are worse ways that you could spend your time, but I understand the concept all the same considering I was a teenage girl once. I wouldn't say that all adults don't care about that sort of thing, it's just we've been there and have realized that that isn't even going to be a blip on your radar once you're older. And anyone who doesn't want to sit with you probably isn't worth your time, too. High school politics aren't the be-all end-all.

Since when does New York have this sort of thing happen regularly enough for familiarity?

Well, who are they? Or who is the one that you aren't sure of, I can tell you whether or not they're here or not, at the very least? I mean, I don't know everyone, but I know enough people and have seen enough people that I'm confident that I can at least help. I'm about 0.009 seconds from vomiting because she talks like me, rambles and all. And she said one of her parents is here and I've been talking to her, so it could very well be a hint. And I mean, look at her!

I was trying to tell myself that my current working theory that she might be mine is preposterous and I'm just being crazy, but it is looking less like that. I mean,w hat are the odds? Maybe you should just tell me I'm being a little too high strung right about now?
