Condom: Ben
Ben stared at the screen, willing his fingers to type. The house was quiet. Michael had gone to bed hours ago, and Ben wanted nothing more than to join him. But he needed to finish this scene, and the words wouldn’t come.
That wasn’t exactly true. Ben knew what he wanted to say, but he couldn’t quite find the right words.
He ran through the possibilities again: “that’s exactly right,” “you couldn’t be more correct.” No, not right.
Another phrase floated through his mind. Not perfect, but close enough for now. Sighing in relief, he typed “which was perfectly true.” |

“Bullshit,” said Brian. “Bullshit,” he repeated for emphasis.
“You are so full of it,” said Michael rolling his eyes.
“I swear it’s true. If I hadn’t seen it with my own two eyes, I’d have never believed it,” said Justin.
“Yeah, but Tom Cruise and Will Smith? That seems a little farfetched even for me,” said Ted, sitting back against the booth.
“But he’s so short and Will’s so tall,” said Emmett.
“Always with the details,” chuckled Brian, stealing a fry.
“I guess it just goes to show you that anything's possible in Hollywood,” said Michael, which was perfectly true. |

“So there I was on the playground trying to convince some little hussy to play boring old Wendy because I knew I was destined to be Tinkerbell. She starts crying so this teacher comes over and tells me I have to be Peter Pan because Tinkerbell is a girl. Can you believe the nerve? Well, I set her straight.”
“This should be good,” Ted said, laughing.
Brian just shook his head and gestured for Justin to refill his coffee.
“I told her as I believed I could be the best fairy in Hazelhurst,” Emmett smiled thoughtfully. “Which was perfectly true.” |

Title: His Fucking Business
Notes: OK. I couldn't stand it...Friday evening and still no drabbles for this challenge?? This is awful. This particular drabble's *really* not good, but I simply don't have any ideas and it's driving me nuts that there haven't been *ANY* posted yet, so I feel compelled. No beta, otherwise someone might have talked me out of it!
And the condom goes to: Ben (I tossed a coin)
"He did not," said Emmett. "That's ridiculous even for him."
"Kinnetik isn't your everyday advertising agency. And Brian Kinney certainly isn't your everyday business owner. Things happen there that don't happen in the real world." Ted looked pointedly at Emmett.
"A bedroom addition to his office? Come on, Teddy, even Brian can't justify that."
"He shouldn't have to...it's his fucking business."
"Direct quote, I suppose?"
"Yeah," said Ted. "Then he said I had 20 seconds to leave his office. He also reminded me that he could fire my ass as easily as he'd hired it, which was perfectly true." |

Hi guys! Challenge #75 is now closed! Thanks for all the great drabbles!
The condom count up is as follows:
Debbie with 6, and our winner, Justin with 9! Yay Justin! To be fair, he'll probably need them a bit more than Deb.
Because Justin has won the last three weeks in a row, he's going to be retired for this week's challenge. Instead, Debbie with move up to challenger, to face... Ben!
