Author's Notes: Right now I am really into reading Philip Pullman's His Dark Materials books (which include The Golden Compass, soon to be released as a film), and I couldn't resist stealing his concept of dæmons for a crossover, despite the fact that these two fandoms might have very little overlap. If you have no idea what dæmons are all about, Wikipedia gives a good crash course, and I'd love some feedback since I've never even written drabbles before, just greatly enjoyed reading those of others :)
FYI: The drabbles are named after symbols on the alethiometer that have some kind of relevant symbolism...Yeah, I was pretty strapped for titles.

Hey guys!
We've had some people asking Bunny and I to clarify what counts as a crossover and what doesn't. So here's our official response to that. (kittykat2305, I'm going to borrow your question. Hope that's alright!)
Can it be a cross over with a commercial? and also can it be kind of obscure, like not really interacting with them but seeing someone or something from another show and mocking it? Like if the boys are out in the woods for some reason and Brian hears the budweiser frogs can he mention it and then the rest of them just tell him he has done to many drugs? or do they have to actually interact?
Yes to all of the above. :-)
It can't be like, Brian reading an X-Men comic book, or be a dream. If Brian hears the Budweiser frogs, they have to actually BE there in the forest, not like, "Oh, that sounds like a Budweiser frog!" It has to be in the same universe as either our boys, or the crossover world, but for example, Michael can watch CNN where the top news story is the Avengers saving Spiderman, or something.
If you're unsure whether or not the drabble counts for the challenge, let either Bunny or I know, and if it does count, awesome condoms for brianjustin! If it doesn't count, that's alright, we'll still have something fun to read! |

Thom stared at the furniture and accessories glumly. Nothing to change here either.
Jai had no better luck, Brian and Justin traveled often. Justin started to wonder who’d nominated them.
Ted was the last to try to “help”. “There’s no food in your kitchen.”
Brian scowled. “There’s bread, and peanut butter, and…”
“Eggs.” Justin added helpfully.
“Eggs.” Brian led them to the door.
They turned to say something but seemed to think better of it and left quickly.
Brian turned to him. “What the fuck was that?”
