submissions are moderated.
After having to come in several times a day and delete posts that blatantly disregarded the rules (often both at the same time), I have changed the submissions on pslads to be moderated. I will attempt to put through acceptable submissions in a timely manner, but I also work and sleep and tend to leave my house for social things as well.

Note: repeatedly submitting without regard to the rules may result in a ban. If your advertisement is rejected, consult the rules before you re-submit.

Do not contact me if you submitted less than 48 hours ago
I will approve your submissions as quickly as possible.
If you are rejected, do not come and ask me why: just read the rules.

NSFW content must be labelled.
Any content of overtly sexual or violent nature must be hidden from view behind an LJ-cut that includes a warning; also, any journals that have graphic content (I've seen porn gifs, violent blood spatter, etc) must inform potential readers of the content in their pslads advertisement. Some members may be surfing from their desk at work, from a shared computer near their family, including parents or children, or in close proximity to friends. For this reason, it is absolutely mandatory that advertisements be clean, or hidden beneath a cut so that interested parties can click through to read the content. NSFW content includes terms used to describe sexual acts, sub-cultures, or media. Entries submitted with sexually graphic icons will also be rejected.

Game advertisements are not accepted, ads looking for SL partners for games are not accepted. You can use pslads as a tool to search for PRIVATE storylines only -- this does include group psls, but keep in mind that I expect a GPSL to differ somehow from a game: if you have no limit on game size, you publicly advertise the group, and your group includes an application process, that's a game and not a GPSL. I'm sorry if my understanding of a GPSL vs a game differs from yours, but I need to be stringent as the community has, in the past, become overrun with public game advertisements.

Please allow time between your advertisements. If your ad appears on the main page, your request to post another will be rejected. Anyone seeking a PSL is going to be smart enough to read down to the bottom of the page, special exceptions might be made in very slow times, so feel free to ask/attempt if it has been more than 2 weeks since your last post, regardless of where it sits on the page.

Also, different ads from the same person are, of course, allowed on the same page.
