God, I can't believe it's going to be Thanksgiving, already! I guess time really does fly when you're having fun.

So, what's everybody else doing for their holiday? Any big plans out there?

New York! The Big Apple!

God, I've always wanted to come here! Even when I was a little girl! I mean, granted I wasn't expecting an overnight flight from The Pie Hole to here without so much as a warning, but it's so beautiful! I just- wow! Wow just about covers it all.

I just wish Ned were here to see it.

Of course, if you are here Ned, I'll just have to edit that out at a later point in time to avoid sounding like I'm either a) lonely or b) in mourning.

Bored and lonely.

Guess it's the American way.

Valentine's Day will always be a day of misery.. but at the same time.. always a day to remember.

I remember Trudy.. She always could pick out which chocolates were the ones with coconut inside them.. Sure I knew what every flavor was.. but she wasn't like me.. and she still knew.

I miss her so much..

So in honor of Valentine's day (and because I'm a hopeless romantic, I can't help it) I'm making heart shaped pies.

Anybody want one? Any flavor you want.
