Just one night before Halloween and despite all the craziness Preya has been through the past few days, the annual Halloween festival would take place.

Anyone and everyone is encouraged to come and relax and enjoy a night of normalcy. Or so many would hope it would be a night of normalcy.

The festival will continue until the end of Halloween.

As the night before provided mysterious pumpkins all around Preya, tonight a mysterious thick fog would surround every part of Preya. The fog was so thick it was almost hard to see what was in front of you. But what came with the fog, is what the residence of Preya should fear. Within the distance, the small figure of a child would be seen, with a dirty pillowcase held in one hand and a jack o lantern shaped lollipop in the other. The small child's facial features were hidden by their makeshift scarecrow costume.

This wasn't the only thing the fog would bring with it. Off in the distance what would appear to be an old rusted bus would be seen driving down the main street of Preya, within it would be the figure of eight children in homemade costumes as well.

Their purpose? To see who had a lite pumpkin and who didn't. Those who still had a pumpkin outside their doors would find a bag of candy beside the jack o lantern Those without a lite pumpkin, would find horrors no nightmare would prepare them for.

OOC note: This is day 3 of the plot! Anyone who wants to have their characters killed or attacked by these 'children' are free to have as much fin with how they want their attacks to be. The only thing is these 'children' are already dead and can not be killed. They will disappear on Nov 1 at midnight along with the rest of the craziness of Halloween, until then they will stay roaming the streets of Preya until then attacking anyone without a lite pumpkin.

Preya is overrun by lite pumpkins all over the city and homes. Even within Everdale. No one knows where exactly the pumpkins came from or who put all over the various areas. The one thing that is certain each pumpkin comes with the same handwritten note.

Happy Halloween! The myth says that if a Jack-o-Lanter is lite outside your door, you are to be protected from the evils that come out to play on such a wicked night. But be warned, if you are found without a lite Jack-o-Lantern outside your door, we have no control over what evil will come your way as we tried to warn you of the dangers that come with such a night.

What starts off as a typical night in Preya, slowly turns into something much more. Within the night, as the cool breeze brushed along the dark skies, some of Everdales Enchanted poppies are blown all across Preya. Now, this will not have any effect on its human residence, when it comes to those of supernatural aspect would be a different story.

Though not every supernatural is effected by the poppies. Only those with pure darkness in them will become truly affected. How it affects them, it's uncertain.



**OOC Note: Those who are playing killers will continue to be affected by the poppies and their dark urges until Nov 1 when everything goes back to normal. They will have memories of everything they have done since day 1.
