Who: Sirius Black and Remus Lupin What: Making a break .. and returning. When: Saturday Where: Remus' room Rating: TBA Status: Incomplete
Sirius had hated the full moon ever since he, James and Peter had figured out that Remus was a werewolf in their second year. He hated it because it caused Remus pain, because for a long while it separated them, and though now that that was no longer an issue since he was an animagus--he couldn't use that particular skill here. He had tried to get Remus to see reason. He wanted to go with him during his transformation, but Remus had been insistent. The idea of him transforming without him though--hurt Sirius, it worried him, and then to not hear from him for a day.. he had been in a panic. He didn't like the other werewolves and he didn't like being kept from Remus. The fact that they had taken Sirius' place this past moon made him sick and what was worse was that even after the fact, he couldn't be there for Remus. He wasn't allowed to be there for Remus. If it wasn't so risky he would have said screw it and just turned up, but he wasn't the only one with his neck on the line. Remus would undoubtedly get in trouble if Sirius was found out, so he stayed put. He did what Remus asked and waited for him to return.
Hearing from him today had been such a relief. He finally felt like he could breathe easy. And, not only that, the fact that Remus had proposed leaving had him up in the air. He was ecstatic--to see Remus, to leave this place, for everything to be right again. Having tidied up the mess he'd made in his boyfriend's absence and packed what he thought needed to be packed, he began to pace the length of the room as he waited for his return. He needed to see Remus with his own eyes to make sure he was alright.
